Utah’s Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP) and Steep Mountain Farm are hosting an on farm evening event for producers and community members interested in learning more about organic and regenerative agricultural production, whole systems thinking, and indigenous knowledge systems.
Steep Mountain Farm is a community-centered, ecological, regenerative agriculture project with a long view, operating on indigenous lands of the northwestern band of the Shoshone. Their primary land goal is to maintain a low-tech, closed loop bio-diverse system where nutrients are cycled with rotational crops and animal management strategies.
This event will include a tour of the farm, speakers, discussion and a meal highlighting our local food system.
